These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the Cinemetric mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope of service
Cinemetric is a social platform for discovering titles, rating and reviewing content, saving watchlists, and engaging with the community.
2. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access.
- You should contact support if you detect suspicious account activity.
3. User-generated content
- You are responsible for ratings, reviews, profile information, and any content you submit.
- Illegal, abusive, threatening, or infringing content is prohibited.
- Content violating the rules may be removed and accounts may be restricted.
4. Prohibited use
- Any automation, bot, or malicious behavior that may harm the platform.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.
- Abusive or manipulative usage intended to exploit application services.
5. Intellectual property
The app's design, software, branding, and related content belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
6. Third-party content
Movie metadata, posters, and similar materials may be provided by third-party services. Accuracy and availability of such content are the responsibility of the respective providers.
7. Account termination
Users may request account deactivation/deletion from within the app. In cases of serious rule violations, Cinemetric may temporarily or permanently restrict accounts.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Liability for indirect damages caused by service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service failures is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when necessary. The publication date of the latest version applies, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
